Designed to equip pastors and church leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to
effectively teach God’s Word. Much emphasis is placed on the pastor’s role as teacher and the
biblical goal of teaching. An introduction to mentoring for individuals who will be mentoring
believers among multinational immigrants. Topics include establishing and maintaining the
mentor/mentee relationship, guidelines for creating open communication and professional
dialogue, as well as exploring instructional practices for new believers.
